Comments:   This was a Very Very hard and difficult short sale on my 12 unit apartrment complex I owned in Lancaster. George not only went out of his way to close the deal, but was the only one I believe could have closed the sale. He was a Super Agent. Thank you George  

This is Heather of Big Bear, at the end of my short story I will rate Mr. Hann but first here is just a small miracle of how my husband and I met with George: ( well sort of )

I answered a rental ad in our local paper because my husband, myself and our 2 boys needed a place to live. After so many years in our home, we were losing our house in 12 days and the bank was going to EVICT us on June 30th.  But when I called, Who answered the phone, none other than George Hann. In the beginning of our conversation, George did not know we were losing our home, He thought I was just another possible tenant for the house he had for rent. He asked me a question: Why are you moving, then I told him about the bank evicting us on June 30th. He assured me with absolute conviction that we were NOT going to be evicted in 12 days. George went into action immediately and without hesitation or without ever meeting with us, He started the wheels turning to give us time in order to find a place to move to. It was as though we were his only clients. George unformed us along every step of the way, how we were going to sell the property and NOT have a FORECLOSURE on our credit reports. Thus, allowing us to be able to purchase another home in the near future. Everything he did, was for us. There are alot of details to my story. I will save them for another day. The facts are: We were NEVER evicted from our home. We were able to take time to move into a rental near us in November just before Thanksgiving. We DO NOT have a Foreclosure on our credit report. We will purchase another home in a couple of years, which would not have been possible with a foreclosure looming over our head. Do I believe in miracles, YOU bet and George Hann is that Miracle for people in trouble. With 2 unlikely people who had not met, in fact we still have not met Mr. Hann face to face. But we did not have to, George is our friend indeed. How would I rate George Hann:
